Long Island, NY Training Facility · Summer Performance Training — Now Enrolling

If You Can't Measure It, You're Just Hoping It Worked.

K-Strong Performance is built for youth and high school athletes who train seriously — not for kids looking to fill a summer afternoon. Most programs promise speed and strength. We test for it. VALD force plates and timing gates capture your athlete's real numbers before training starts. Coaches build the block around those numbers. A retest proves exactly what changed. No opinions. No "looking faster." A number, before and after.

Why K-Strong

Every other program promises results. We hand you the number.

Proof, not promises

You'll see the exact drop in your athlete's sprint time and the exact rise in their force output. In writing. Not in a coach's opinion.

Built for the long game

Summer Block 1 isn't a standalone camp. It's step one of a five-block year that carries your athlete's data forward instead of starting over every season.

Trained to stay in the game

Speed built on a body that isn't ready to absorb it gets your athlete hurt, not recruited. Movement-quality and injury-prevention work is in every session, not an afterthought.

Coached, not supervised

Every session is led by a coach who designed it around your athlete's own test data — not someone running a stopwatch and a whistle.

Recruiting-ready numbers

A verified 40-yard split carries more weight with a college coach than a highlight reel.

A team, not a treadmill

Your athlete trains alongside others in the same block — pushed by people, not just a program.

What's Included

Every session is built on real equipment and real data.

Summer Performance Training runs at our main office and uses the same testing technology performance labs use to develop pro and college athletes — scaled and coached for youth and high school athletes.

The Process

Test. Train. Retest. Every block, no exceptions.

01 / TEST

Baseline assessment

Force plate and timing gate testing establishes your athlete's exact starting numbers — sprint splits, jump output, and force production.

02 / TRAIN

Coached programming

Coaches program the block directly around what the test revealed — strengths to build, gaps to close, movement to clean up.

03 / RETEST

Quantified results

End-of-block retest puts an exact number on the gain — and sets the baseline for Fall Performance next.

About K-Strong

We built this because nobody could prove their program worked.

Most youth speed and strength training is a string of sessions with no way to check if any of it moved the needle. We built K-Strong to fix that: a five-block, year-round system (Summer, Summer 2, Fall, Winter, Spring) where every block opens with a real test and closes with a real number.

Our Director of Athlete Development runs programming for every block, working directly with coaching staff at our main office — so testing, coaching, and accountability never get separated. [Add founder bio, certifications, and headshot here before launch.]

"The retest numbers were the first time I actually believed the training was working — his 10-yard split dropped 0.16s in one block. Not just his mood, actual data."

"He's been to camps before. This was the first one where the coaches knew his force plate numbers by name, not just his name."

— Placeholder / Parent, 16u Football

"Coming from a family that plays multiple sports, the injury-prevention piece mattered as much to us as the 2-inch vertical jump gain."

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Summer Performance Training is built for youth and high school athletes across all sports. Programming is individualized from each athlete's test data, so it scales to their sport and level rather than a one-size drill list.

No. The baseline test is exactly for that — it meets your athlete at their current level and programming builds from there, whether this is their first structured training block or their tenth.

Camps run a schedule. K-Strong runs a system — a baseline test, coached programming built around that test, and a retest that proves what changed. It's also the first block of a year-round development arc, not a standalone event.

Your athlete's retest becomes the baseline for Summer Block 2, then Fall, Winter, and Spring Performance. There's no obligation to continue, but the data carries forward if you do.

All sessions are held on-site at our main office. [Add exact weekly schedule / days & times before publishing.]

No. You're enrolling block by block. Most families continue because the retest data shows it's working — not because they're locked in.

That's what the Testing Confidence Guarantee is for: if the retest doesn't show measurable improvement in at least one core metric, the next block is on us.

Life happens — travel teams, family schedules, and other sports come first sometimes. [Add your actual makeup-session / attendance policy before publishing.]

[Add your sibling/multi-athlete rate here if you offer one — this is a common ask from parents with more than one athlete.]
